University of Iowa men’s basketball non-conference schedule taking shape

The University of Iowa men’s basketball team is starting to line up opponents for the upcoming season’s non-conference schedule.

The Des Moines Register reports an open records request revealed dates are beginning to fill up. Home games include Rider University on November 19^th; Iowa State on December 12^th; University of New Orleans on December 15^th; and University of New Hampshire on December 30^th.

The game with the University of Utah on December 21^st in Sioux Falls South Dakota had previously been announced.

The Big Ten Conference, which is adding UCLA, Washington, Oregon and USC staring this season, has not yet announced its schedule for next season.

Iowa won 19 games this season, finished 10-10 in conference, and was eliminated in the second round of the NIT in a loss to Utah.
