A Cedar Rapids woman was charged with contempt after violating a no-contact order that was issued last month.
The incident involved 24-year-old Amari McCutcheon of Miller Avenue Southwest. On April 18th, she allegedly posted the mug shot of a Johnson County resident who is a protected party in a no-contact order issued and served on March 6th.
Screen shots of McCutcheon’s post clearly show her name and time the post was made. When interviewed, she reportedly admitted to making the post.
A warrant was issued April 25th and served on Monday. An additional no-contact order was issued by Judge Brandon Schrock, and a hearing scheduled for May 9th.
