UI students, staff can register their bikes on Monday

UI news release

Campus Safety has teamed up with Undergraduate Student Government to host a bike registration event that’s open to all students, faculty, and staff.

Attend this event to get your bike registered, and learn more about what you can do to secure your property and prevent bike theft. Registering your bike makes it easier for you to file a police report if your bike is stolen, and easier for law enforcement to return it to you if it is located.

Those interested in registering their bike should mark their calendars and bring their bike to the event. Please be prepared to present your employee or student ID.

  • Monday, April 22, noon to 2 p.m., T. Anne Cleary Walkway (Kautz Plaza)

If you can’t make it to an event, but would like to register your bike, you can start the process using the campus Bike Index link.
