Iowa City Police seeking person of interest; asking public’s help

The Iowa City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in a financial crime investigation that took place at multiple locations on Friday, April 5th of this year.

The person of interest is described as a white woman with dyed red hair. The woman’s hands are also dyed blue to her wrists. She was last seen wearing a purple long-sleeve shirt or tie-dyed jacket.
