A man from Copiague New York was arrested recently after an alleged groping incident in an Iowa City bar.

Police say the incident occurred just after midnight March 23rd at The Vue Rooftop on South Clinton Street. A staff member reported that 47-year-old Zbigniew Pastwa had grabbed her buttocks. Staff asked him to leave but he refused, so police were called.

Pastwa refused to participate in field sobriety tests, and refused a post-arrest PBT.

A no-contact order was issued, with a non-jury trial set for May 1st.
