Traffic control changes coming to Coralville’s 1st Avenue and I-80 interchange on April 2

The on-ramp from 1st Avenue in Coralville to westbound Interstate 80 will be closed from Tuesday, April 2^nd until mid-June. Drivers on 1st Avenue wanting to go west on I-80 will be detoured east to the Dubuque Street interchange (Exit 244} and then brought back on I-80 westbound.

The fully-completed eastbound I-80 off-ramp to 1^st Avenue (Exit 242) will open to traffic beginning April 2^nd.
