Severe weather season is just around the corner, and the National Weather Service has announced the dates, times and sites for storm spotter training classes to educate the public on how to spot the telltale signs of potentially damaging storms.
The Johnson County class is set for Wednesday, March 27th at the Kirkwood Regional Center on Oakdale Boulevard in Coralville. Other classes are available Saturday, March 23rd in Marion, and Monday, March 25th in Muscatine.
