University of Iowa Police say an Iowa City man has been arrested for an assault at the UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
42-year-old Clark Robken of 1st Avenue was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 4:45 Friday afternoon. UI Police say on the night of December 19th Robken intentionally pushed a hospital bed into the mother of his child, causing bruising and pain in her left leg. The couple’s child was reportedly present during the assault.
Robken is charged with Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury. If convicted, he faces a maximum of one year in jail.
