Swisher firefighters plan on conducting a training burn on Saturday.
According to a post on the Jefferson Monroe Fire Department Facebook page, fire crews will be conducting a controlled structure burn along 120th Street east of Shueyville. Signs will be posted. Firefighters ask that motorists not stop or park along 120th as this will create a potential for a dangerous incident.
All activities are being done for training purposes with the permission of the property owner.
