Metro High School in Cedar Rapids is holding classes as usual this week after a weekend threat was deemed not credible.

KCRG TV reports that an email notifying families Sunday of the threat said that they began a dialogue with Cedar Rapids Police once they were made aware of the threat. Upon investigation, the threat was deemed not a credible threat.

Police did arrest an unnamed teenager for a social media threat that caused the whole district to close for a day the week of October 2nd.  They were charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon.
