A North Liberty man faces numerous criminal charges from various incidents around Johnson County.

33-year-old Tylor Hogan of the Holiday Lodge manufactured housing community was booked in to the Johnson County Jail just before 10:30 Friday night.

The most serious charges against Hogan are 1st Degree Burglary and Assault Causing Bodily Injury, which carry a maximum total sentence of 26 years in prison. Iowa City Police say Hogan was at an address on West Side Drive just after 4pm on July 25th when he reached into the window of a car and punched a woman in the face.

Hogan was also wanted by University of Iowa Police on 3rd and 4th Degree Theft charges for a pair of vehicle thefts from bicycle racks at Petersen Residence Hall on Grand Avenue. He allegedly stole an electric scooter at 1:40am on August 29th and an electric bike at 2:40am on September 1st. If convicted on those charges, Hogan faces up to three years in jail.

Hogan is also charged with Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card after allegedly using a stolen bank card multiple times at the Mormon Trek Boulevard Casey’s just after 3:45am on July 7th. Just after 12:45am on August 27th, he allegedly broke a door lock and vandalized a locker at Storage Rentals of America on Heinz Road…good for a 4th Degree Criminal Mischief charge. And North Liberty Police say they found Hogan is possession of a pipe with methamphetamine residue while at his residence on September 1st, leading to a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge. If convicted on those three charges, Hogan would face a maximum total of over three years in jail.

Hogan was also wanted for missing multiple previous court dates.
