The Iowa City Police Department is continuing its efforts to locate Jill Crippes.
Police are thoroughly investigating all tips received and are working with the Iowa City Fire Department to search any last known locations. Community members living in the area of the 1000 Block of Estron Street or Willow Creek Park with home security cameras are encouraged to review their footage for any signs of Crippes.
Crippes, 47, was last seen around 8:15 a.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023, in front of 1022 Estron St. walking west toward Willow Creek Park. Crippes was believed to be wearing black pants, a black T-shirt with white lettering, and leopard print shoes.
Anyone with information on Crippes’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Joint Emergency Communication Center at 319-356-6800.
