Johnson County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a wanted Washington County woman after a late Saturday night traffic stop on Highway 218.

Deputies say they pulled over a 2007 Chevy HHR for speeding 23 miles per hour over the limit between the Hills and Riverside Drive exits just after 11:45pm. She allegedly pushed into the man numerous times and yelled at him while pointing a finger in his face. Police say Riley then punched another woman in the face numerous times, causing injury.

The name of the business is not listed in police records, but the address given includes Jimmy John’s, Wingstop and Noodles & Company.

Riley is charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Violating a Protective Order, and Operating While Intoxicated. If convicted on all charges, she faces a maximum of two years in jail.
