City of Iowa City news release
The Revenue Desk at City Hall will not be able to accept in-person payments on Monday, May 22, 2023, due to maintenance of its cashiering system.
This means payment for utility bills, rent, bus passes, parking tickets, or general billing invoices will not be able to be paid in-person.
This maintenance project is expected to impact services throughout the day. Customers can still pay water bills and general billing invoices online at www.icgov.org, or by using the automated pay-by-phone system at 319-356-5066 and selecting option #1.
