Cedar Rapids residents are being asked to fill out an online survey to gather input on the future of the city’s Downtown Vision Plan.
The Gazette reports that mayor Tiffany O’Donnell pointed out in her State of the City address earlier this year that Cedar Rapids needs to adjust to the changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. They hired Denver-based consultant firm Progressive Urban Management Associates to work with the city to update the plan.
