Allegedly masturbating in his car with Molly has led to an Iowa City man’s arrest.
Iowa City Police say 31-year-old Terrence Lynch of South Dubuque Street was observed pleasuring himself inside his car parked on the 600 block of South Gilbert Street just after 9:30pm on January 9th. Investigators say a pink pill labelled “Chanel Brand” fell out of Lynch’s wallet. A field test determined the pill was MDMA, also known as “Molly” or ecstasy. Lynch allegedly admitted to purchasing the pill.
A warrant in the case was served on Thursday, and Lynch is now charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. If convicted, he faces a maximum of one year in jail.
An Assault Causing Bodily Injury charge against Lynch was dismissed last year after police claimed he assaulted a man who was taking a picture of his illegally parked car in front of Lynch’s residence.
