An area man is at large after escaping his work release facility.
The Iowa Department of Corrections says Markez Alexander Fox, convicted of Assault While Participating in a Felony and other charges in Johnson and Linn Counties, failed to report back to the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility as required Friday.
Fox is a 26-year-old black male, height 5’9″, and weighs 188 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on March 27th
