Iowa City Police are investigating reports of gunfire downtown overnight.
According to a HawkAlert issued by the University of Iowa, officers were called to the alley next to Pints on South Clinton Street for the sounds of a gunshot just before 12:30 Sunday morning. There were no reported injuries.
The suspect is described as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white writing on the back, a multi-colored hat, and a yellow belt or satchel.
Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call the ICPD at 319-356-6800.
