Men’s and women’s wrestlers from the University of Iowa will compete Thursday and Friday at Soldier Salute at XTreme Arena in Coralville.
On the men’s side, the Hawkeyes will be joined by fellow Big Ten squads Wisconsin and Minnesota, as well as in-state rivals Iowa State and Northern Iowa. Several other Division 1 programs will also compete.
Hawkeye women’s wrestlers will participate unattached since the members will not be wrestling as a team until next season.
Weigh-ins begin at 8am Thursday, with Thursday’s sessions running from 10am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm. Friday’s weigh-ins are at 10am, with sessions going from noon to 4pm and 6 to 8:30pm.
