A Chicagoland man was arrested early Saturday morning after Iowa City police observed him urinating on the “Brain Rock” downtown.

According to the arrest report, 18-year-old Michael Krukonis of Libertyville Illinois was seen committing the infraction on the Anne Cleary Walkway in the 100 block of North Capitol Street at 1:10 am.  He allegedly had bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech, and had the odor of ingested alcohol.

A search of his person reportedly turned up two fictitious New Jersey driver’s licenses making Krukonis appear of legal drinking age.

He’s been charged with Public Urination, Public Intoxication, and Possession of a Fictitious License. If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to 13 months.
