A resident of the Hilltop Mobile Home Park has been taken into custody on a warrant stemming from an alleged car vandalism from late last month.

According to the arrest report, surveillance video shows 44-year-old Carlos Spencer approaching a vehicle in the park the morning of April 27th. In the video, the vehicle is intact. On the next video clip, he’s reportedly seen walking away from the vehicle, which had its mirrors ripped off, a window broken, and its body keyed.

Spencer allegedly caused $2000 in damage to the victim’s vehicle. Authorities issued a warrant on Monday and Spencer was arrested Tuesday night. He’s charged with 2nd degree Criminal Mischief, a Class D Felony punishable by a prison term of up to five years if convicted.
