The city of Iowa City is returning to in-person council meetings.\

Starting on Tuesday, Iowa City City Council meetings will once again take place inside City Hall at 410 E. Washington Street. Council meetings had previously been held at The Senior Center to allow for more social distancing. With Covid-19 cases decreasing, the City Council agreed to move meetings back to City Hall.

The timing of City Council meetings has not changed. Work Sessions begin at 4 p.m. and Regular Formal meetings begin at 6 p.m.
