A North Liberty man was taken into custody after allegedly masturbating in front of a victim in an empty Iowa City parking lot.
According to the police report, 29-year-old Clint Miller of Savannah Drive was seen by the victim with his genitals out and masturbating in a University of Iowa lot on Riverside Drive Monday at approximately 8:50 pm. The victim was approximately 10-15 feet away, and Miller reportedly had his phone out while masturbating and staring at the victim.
Miller was also allegedly seen on camera following the victim, and was wearing the same clothing as the person on video. The victim confirmed that Miller was the suspect when shown a photograph taken by an officer.
Miller was charged with Indecent Exposure and could be sentenced to up to a year in jail if convicted.
