Allegedly providing alcohol to and inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl at Lake Macbride State Park has led to the arrest of a Virginia man.
24-year-old Sergey Whitt of Chester, VA was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 5:15 Saturday night. According to arrest records, around 10:30pm on August 5th, 2018, Whitt provided alcohol to the girl and touched her in an inappropriate way “for the purpose of arousing or satisfying the sexual desires” of either individual. The incident allegedly occurred in a beach parking lot on Lake MacBride Road. No other details about the case have been released.
Whitt is charged with Indecent Contact with a Child and Supplying Alcohol to a Person Under Age. If convicted on both charges, he faces a maximum of three years in prison.
