Coralville Police are noticing a rise in vehicle burglaries.
That’s according to a post on the department’s Facebook page. It indicates more car burglaries are being reported, mostly in and around parking lots in the early morning hours. The suspect or suspects have been breaking windows, if necessary, to gain entry.
Coralville Police urge residents to not leave purses, wallets or other valuables in plain sight.
