An Eau Claire Wisconsin man who allegedly was involved in a fraternity incident over three and a half years ago has been taken into custody and charged with Harassment.

Police say that in November 2017, a then 19-year-old Daniel Ivankovic used a black marker to write his fraternity letters on the buttocks of a female victim. He then allegedly sent a picture of his prank via Snapchat to a group of fraternity members without the woman’s consent. One of the frat members reportedly saw and described the photo to the woman.

A warrant for Ivankovic’s arrest was issued in January 2019. He was booked at the Johnson County Jail just before 3:30 am Tuesday. If convicted, the now 23-year-old Ivankovic faces up to two years in jail.
