Allegedly harassing a pair of victims via multiple platforms has led to an Iowa City man’s arrest.
27-year-old Skyler Hiscock of Cottonwood Avenue was booked into the Johnson County Jail just before 9am Saturday. Iowa City Police say Hiscocck was warned about harassing a pair of victims in the Iowa City area after he allegedly threatened and harassed them using his phone, social media and online apps.
Police say despite being warned, Hiscock continued the harassment almost immediately. He also allegedly refused to speak to investigators.
Hiscock is now charged with two counts of 2nd Degree Harassment. If convicted, he faces a maximum of two years in jail.
