The Coralville American Legion is holding Memorial Day ceremonies at Oak Hill Cemetery on Highway 6 in Tiffin at 10am Monday, with a second ceremony set for 11:15am at Oak Hill Cemetery on 1st Avenue in Coralville.
Another ceremony is set for 1:30 Monday afternoon at the Johnson County Armory and Veterans Memorial, located at the site of the old armory next to the Johnson County Administration Building on South Dubuque Street.
Gov. Kim Reynolds has also ordered all flags at half-staff from sunrise to noon Monday in honor of the holiday.
