City Administrator Kelly Hayworth has appointed Scott Larson to the position of City Engineer effective April 1, 2021. Larson has served as Assistant City Engineer since 1995 and has worked for the City since 1993, when he was hired as an engineering intern. Larson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Iowa.
Larson replaces City Engineer Dan Holderness, who will retire on March 31 after over 34 years in the position.
