Iowa City Animal Services is attempting to locate a dog that bit a person on Friday 3-5-21 around 6pm near Mercer Park on Dover Street in Iowa City. The dog is described as an adult German Shepherd, tan in color, that was being walked on a leash by an adult male.
Iowa City Animal Services is seeking information regarding the rabies vaccination. If anyone has any information about the identity of the owner, they are encouraged to contact Iowa City Animal Services directly at 319-356-5295 or the Iowa City Police Department at 319-356-6800.
