Accumulating snow is a possibility this weekend. The National Weather Service says a strong storm system may affect eastern Iowa Friday into Saturday, bringing rain Friday and accumulating snow Saturday. Meteorologists say it’s too early to determine snow accumulations, if any, or timing details.
The system may also bring strong north winds Saturday.
