The Food and Drug Administration says it’s recalling 91  products distributed to a total of 30 states, including Iowa, and the District of Columbia due to an outbreak of Cyclospora infections that has sickened more than 200 people so far.

The recall includes Fresh Express-branded salad products as well as products made by Fresh Express for retail store brands sold at multiple outlets. In Iowa, the retailers include Hy-Vee, Aldi and Walmart.

Common symptoms of Cyclosporiasis include severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, body aches and fatigue. The infection is treated with antibiotics and most people respond quickly to treatment.
