Cedar Rapids Police have issued an Operation Quickfind case on a teenage girl last seen Wednesday night.
According to the release, 17 year-old Constance Scott was last seen in the area of Ford Avenue Northwest around 10pm. She is described as a light-skinned black girl, standing 5′ 8″ and weighing about 160 pounds. She has tattoos on both arms, both hands, and her chest, and has a nose piercing.
She was last seen wearing a black tank top, black shorts and sandals, with her hair up in a bun. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is encouraged to contact Cedar Rapids Police at 319-286-5350.
