Allegedly sending nude photos without the subject’s permission has led to charges against an Iowa City man.
According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, 54-year-old Roy Boughner of Appanoose Court was at a residence in the Parkview manufactured housing community in Oxford on the night of August 18th, 2019 when he sent four nude photos of the alleged victim to a mutual associate. The alleged victim did not give consent or authorization.
Boughner was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 7:15 Tuesday morning and charged with two counts of 1st Degree Harassment. If convicted on both charges, he faces a maximum of four years in prison.
