North Liberty officials are condemning racist flyers recently left in the city.
A brief statement posted to the city’s website on Sunday reads:
Today, racist flyers from a group designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center were distributed to homes in North Liberty.
The City of North Liberty condemns racism, condemns hate speech, and condemns attempts to intimidate members of our community.
