ICPD responds to shots fired at Town & Campus

Iowa City Police are investigating a shots fired incident at the Town and Campus Apartments.

According to an ICPD news release, officers responded to the Arthur Street complex just before 8:45pm Tuesday for multiple reports of gunshots. Investigators located a residence with damage from gunshots, as well as shell casings in the parking lot. There was no indication that any people were injured during this incident and no reports of injuries have been made. No arrests have been made and the incident is under investigation.

Iowa City Police are asking for the public’s help to identify anyone involved with this incident. Anyone with information is urged to contact Sergeant Jerry Blomgren at 319-356-5276.
