Cedar Rapids Police are investigating an overnight shooting that wounded one person.
According to a CRPD news release, officers were called to St. Luke’s Hospital just after 3:45 Saturday morning for a 31-year-old male with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
An investigation determined the incident happened on the 2100 block of North Towne Court Northeast.
Instigators discovered shell casings at the scene of the shooting. No arrests have been made, and the incident remains under investigation.
