Allegedly threatening to put his “balls” in a woman’s mouth has led to an Iowa City man’s arrest.
Iowa City Police say 27-year-old Willie Collins of Aber Avenue was recorded on video threatening a woman on the 300 block of South Johnson Street around 3pm Tuesday. Collins is seen telling the woman he will “beat her ass” and put his “balls” in her mouth. Police say Collins later admitted to the threats.
The victim and her partner say they felt threatened, and they requested police escort them from the residence.
Collins is charged with 2nd Degree Harassment. If convicted, he faces a maximum of one year in jail.
