Allegedly threatening to shoot up a downtown nightclub has led to the arrest of an Iowa City man.
The incident happened just after 10pm last Saturday night. Staff at The Union Bar on the Ped Mall reported that 47-year-old Keith Collins of South Dodge Street claimed he had a gun and threatened that he would shoot everyone inside.
Arriving officers found Collins showing multiple signs of intoxication. He refused breath testing.
Collins was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication. He was fined $65.
