A local transient with a history of exposing himself is accused of causing hundreds of dollars in damage to a car parked in downtown Iowa City.

Security video from the victim’s car shows 39-year-old Bryan Wickman striking the passenger side mirror repeatedly as the car was parked near the corner of Capitol and Washington Streets around 11:30pm on August 1st. Wickman’s actions caused an estimated $825.83 in damage to the mirror and the passenger side door.

Wickman was located a few nights later wearing the same clothing as in the video. He was arrested and charged with 3rd Degree Criminal Mischief, an Aggravated Misdemeanor punishable by a maximum of two years in prison.

Wickman made news last June when he was arrested at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics after drunkenly exposing his penis to others and urinating all over himself. Less than a week later he was arrested after spitting on a rainbow Pride flag flying outside of The Deadwood and hurling homophobic slurs at those sitting in the patio. He then removed his pants while interacting with police.
