Few details released into the death of Ayak Chan

The Daily Iowan is reporting a University of Iowa student died on campus.
The newspaper says university officials sent an email to the campus community on Monday informing it of the death of Ayak Chan, 19. Chan was a Mayflower Hall resident from Des Moines. She had been a freshmen with an open major in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
No further details about Chan’s death have been revealed.
In the email, interim dean of students Angie Reams encouraged students to utilize one of the many grief support services on campus, including University Counseling Services, Student Care and Assistance, UI Employee Assistance Program, and/or the Johnson County Crisis Center.
